About Kailani Ranch
We had been visiting the Hawaiian Islands for decades, and after a fateful vacation to the Big Island, we came across a beautiful coffee farm.
With a leap of faith, we decided to embrace a new life after years of working in the space industry and moved our horses and dogs from Colorado and dived into our new adventure.
Growing coffee on Kailani Ranch in Kona, Hawaii, is a unique and rewarding endeavor. On the lush slopes of the Hualalai Volcano overlooking the Pacific, there is fertile volcanic soil and an ideal climate that enables us to produce the smoothest handcrafted coffee you will experience.
"Kailani," meaning "Sea and Sky" in Hawaiian, captures the island's natural beauty, deep heritage, and inspiring essence. At Kailani Ranch, we embody this spirit in life and in our coffee.
